Easy and Free Returns for Domestic Orders

If you're not completely satisfied with your domestic purchase, you can return it for any reason within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 48 hours of receiving the order and return it within 7 days. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all labels and packaging intact. Gift returns will receive store credit only.

Final Sale for International Orders and Sale Items

Unfortunately, all international orders and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, log in to your account, go to your dashboard, select the order you wish to return or exchange, and submit a request with a description and photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and either accept or reject it based on the information provided. If accepted, we will arrange a courier pickup for your items within 7 calendar days.

Shipping Timelines

The shipping timeline for your order will depend on the type of product and your location. We aim to dispatch products within 1 to 5 business days from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays), and it typically takes 1 to 10 business days for the order to reach you. We will notify you via email and provide courier tracking details when your order has been shipped. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metros: 2 to 5 working days
  • Non-metros and interiors: 2 to 10 working days
  • International: 10 to 15 working days
